About this project

Building an operational system, not just a website.

This project went far beyond a website redesign. The goal was to engineer a complete digital and operational ecosystem capable of supporting JCA’s scale, complexity, and real time decision making.

We rebuilt JCA’s institutional platform from the ground up, including a dynamic content structure, blog, and a fully integrated customer support area designed to serve thousands of interactions efficiently and consistently.

At the core of the project sits a private SaaS platform developed exclusively for internal use, enabling real time service monitoring, performance tracking, and operational control across all stores and teams.

Every layer was designed to reduce friction, increase visibility, and align teams around data driven execution.
