Clermontier began as a simple idea: premium sleepwear that feels calm, intentional, and genuinely good on skin .
From naming and positioning to product structure, we built the brand system from scratch: an editorial visual language, a clear messaging hierarchy, and a product narrative that makes fabric, fit, and feeling easy to understand at a glance.
Then we engineered the performance layer underneath it. We tightened offer logic and on-site clarity, designed a repeatable creative pipeline for paid + organic, and rebuilt the path from ad → PDP → cart → checkout to remove friction and increase intent.
Every detail was treated as a conversion lever. The goal wasn’t just “a beautiful brand”, but a coherent commercial system that can be iterated and scaled without losing taste.
The result is a brand experience that feels quiet and premium on the surface, and structured, measurable, and performance-ready underneath.
